My First Internship Story I had my first internship in year 2001(June-July) for 8 weeks after completing first year of B.com (Professional), aim was to understand the professional environment and the challenge was to search the company by your own. At that time, I had very few choice sin terms of choosing the industry like FMCG / Industrial goods. Kind of FMCG companies in Jalandhar wasn't of my choices and also it's difficult to get internship there. A very popular company in Jalandhar for internship is the one even till today which manufacture Bomb Shells.  Like most of the other students, i consult with my father he is into industrial machinery business, gives me the contact of the Marketing head of one industrial goods marketing company doing business PAN India with different sub-brand names. Module 2- Week1 Reflection1  21.5.2013 My Reflection on this Module 2  starts with that i like this online course, my writing skills in terms of Assignments, Discussions and now reflective writing is improving from the previous. Know i started reading as many as articles/papers come across me, i started enjoying reading again and also participate in discussion. using online tools differently or similar as in F2F is very thoughtful and difficult , until you don't know the kind of learners and their choices. As mentioned in my previous module, i am using online teaching in discussion mode occasionally with my current learners, we are still in F2F mode. but, definitely i'll enjoy working as a full time online learner.I am confident as this course helps me in reflecting as a student on the various good and bad of using learning online. Reflection 2 In our system we are primarily using f2f, and online we started firstly for information spread and if students prefer to use online in some situations ..the challenges i would say are time management at their end, participation in discussion forums, using only limited online tools, still looking for f2f as a backup.

Reflection1 I feel good about teaching online...in fact i tried few years back applied for the same..and that little experience  alongwith good earning gave me satisfaction and joy. Tutoring online gives you a joy of understanding student better and also they feel most connected with you. Online instruction will also transfer the onus of responsibility on the students to deliver. it also leads searching for more and more information about the content because we are equipped with so many online tools and connected with the people from different areas. I expect to gain the reflection on my use of online tools , teaching more effectively to the students next time when we both are online and also an insight of right use of tool at right time according to the student.
