I feel good about teaching online...in fact i tried few years back applied for the same..and that little experience  alongwith good earning gave me satisfaction and joy.
Tutoring online gives you a joy of understanding student better and also they feel most connected with you. Online instruction will also transfer the onus of responsibility on the students to deliver. it also leads searching for more and more information about the content because we are equipped with so many online tools and connected with the people from different areas.

I expect to gain the reflection on my use of online tools , teaching more effectively to the students next time when we both are online and also an insight of right use of tool at right time according to the student.
This program also adds the knowledge of using and exploring new tools.

challenges, i think...acceptance among those fewer who are not willing to act in any situation. the fear in my mind is the quality of the  output ..its good to have professional courses learn through online mode but technical needs F2F.

4th June2013 Module 2 week3 Reflection3 What do you think will be the biggest challenge you face when motivating students in an online course environment?
